We love helping make your event unforgettable! ApexWave Audio brings high-performance PA sound systems, lighting, and special effects to private parties and celebrations across the Algarve. We handle everything — delivery, setup, and collection — so you can focus on enjoying the moment.
To lock in your date, we ask for a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Once we receive your deposit, your booking is confirmed and the gear is reserved just for you!
We get it — plans change. If you cancel 14 or more days before your event, we'll refund your deposit minus a small 10% processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days aren't refundable, as we'll have already set the equipment aside for you.
We bring professional, well-loved equipment and handle everything with care — we just ask that you help keep the space safe and accessible for setup. If anything happens to the gear due to misuse during the event, we'll need to cover the costs, but we always do our best to be fair and transparent about it.
We deliver within a 50km radius of our base. If your event is further away, just reach out — we love a good road trip and we'll put together a custom quote for you.
With our operator-included packages, we're right there with you from start to finish. For other packages, phone support is always available during your event — don't hesitate to call if you need a hand!
We take your privacy seriously. The info you share in the contact form is used only to process your request and send you a quote. We never share your data with third parties — that's a promise.
Our special effects — confetti, haze machines, CO2, flame/spark machines, and cold pyrotechnics — create unforgettable moments, but they require care. Some effects need prior venue approval (especially indoors) and a minimum safety clearance around the machines. For flame, spark, or cold pyro effects, our operator must be on site. Always check your venue's rules before the event — if there are restrictions, we'll help you find the best alternative.
From time to time, we may update these terms to better reflect how we work. Whenever that happens, the changes will show up right here on this page so you're always in the loop.
